Taura 'Cable' Sweater Taura is the Maori word for Cable. The sweater is as traditional as they come, features extraordinary detailing, and will become an heirloom garment in your collection. Patterned for wearers with bust sizes from 30" (76cms) to 38" (97cms), all sweaters are 64cms/25" in length and have a sleeve length of 45cms/18". The Kit contains 13, 14 or 16 balls of Possum Plus 8 ply (DK/Light Worsted) yarn and the Taura Sweater pattern.

Beehive Waistcoat The Beehive Waistcoat is named after the iconic seat of new Zealand's government. This garment blends classic knitting and contemporary styling. The Kit contains between 7 and 9 balls of Possum Plus yarn or 7 and 9 skeins of Possum Paints yarn (depending on the size you choose to make) and the Beehive Waistcoat pattern.

Tiaki Child's Cardigan (Possum Plus and Paints Yarns) Tiaki Child's Cardigan This will make a beautiful gift for any small child, and an heritage item to pass on to the next generation. The Kit contains between 4 and 5 balls of Possum Plus yarn or 4 and 5 skeins of Possum Paints yarn (depending on the size you choose to make) and the Tiaki Child's cardigan pattern. The 'Fish' Buttons used in the illustration to the Knitting Pattern are exemplars only.

Aoraki Snowflake Hat Kit Aoraki Snowflake Cap This Beanie/ Watchcap is perfect for any Winter's day and is knitted from just two balls of yarn. Let us know which two colours you want. The kit comprises two balls of Possum Plus yarn and the Aoraki Snowflake pattern.

Ivydene Hat Ivydene is from the wonderful 'Woolly Wormhead', whose designs are among the most sought after world wide. The project takes two (2) balls of 8 ply, or if you if you prefer something a little more zazzy, substitute two (2) skeins of Possum Paints.

Vernalis Hat Vernalis is from the wonderful 'Woolly Wormhead', whose designs are among the most sought after world wide. The project takes one (1) ball of 4 ply, or if you if you prefer something a little more zazzy, substitute one (1) skein of Possum Paint.

Pake Shawl (4 ply Yarn) A beautiful, lightweight, lacy shawl based on a leaf motif, this is our take on the Pākēs (or capes of leaves) worn by Maori girls as part of special celebrations. Its extraordinary delicacy combined with wonderful qualities for which 4ply Possum is famed combine to create a garment that will turn heads and grace any celebration - even if you are not Maori! The Kit comprises seven (7) balls of possum yarn and the Pākē Shawl pattern.

Wahine Wrap (8 ply Yarn) Stylish, warm, lightweight and extraordinarily soft, draped across the shoulders in an exquisite hug, the Wahine Wrap will harmonise beautifully with that 'special' outfit, adding the finishing touch The Kit comprises ten (10) balls of Possum Plus yarn and the Wahine Wrap pattern.

Knitter's Glovelets The pattern is the same for both versions (it really is that simple). The smaller the ply, longer the length of the glovelets. One ball or skein of yarn is enough to make a pair of glovelets. However, if you want something very long, simply add a second ball or skein before you complete your order.

Paraikete Throw and Cushion Kit Paraikete Cushion Set The 'Paraikete' Throw and Cushion Set is currently the largest project we offer utilising twenty one (21) balls of DK yarn. This is the whole Kit. Just choose the shade of and the Paraikete Knitting Pattern. If you prefer a project a little smaller try the Paraikete Cushion Kit (also on this page).

Paraikete Cushion Kit Paraikete Cushion Set The 'Paraikete' Throw and Cushion Set is currently the largest project we offer utilising 21 balls of DK yarn. However, customer demand for a kit offering the Cushion by itself could not be ignored. This Kit includes 4 balls of DK yarn in a shade of your choice and the full Paraikete Knitting Pattern (just in case you feel inspired to move on to bigger things). The pattern utilises DK/8ply/Light Worsted yarn.
